This is a NOS (but not 100% perfect condition) bumper. It's the one with the black tape and NOT the one with the rubber strip!
As we all know, late model bumpers weren't chromed like the early ones were..
It has never been mounted but the chrome is a bit faded. No rust spots, no dents.
Taking pictures of the chromed parts is horrible, but we've done our best.
The picture with the stamp is from underneath! The last one is from the top side.
