This is a NOS fender beading (rear, lhs). Color: VW blue
For a notchback.
Unfortunately, we cannot definitely assign all colors. There are too many different shades of blue or green that we don't have here as a vehicle to match. Sometimes fender beadings with the same color designation will show slight differences, depending on where they have been stored for the past 50 years.
All fender beadings have been through a cycle in the washing machine at 40° C (but of course they can still get a bit dirty). We then warmed them up a bit, so we could roll them up. For this reason, those fender beadings can still be used.
Please also note that a good painter can paint fender beadings in the color of the vehicle. If the right nuance or color is not available either, you can have it painted. We have already done this on some of our showcars.
When installing, they should be warmed up with a hair dryer, or be sure to install them in a heated garage or environment. This helps immensely during installation!
