This is a 1963-up hinged type 34 or fastback engine lid, in used condition. 

It came in completely covered in a mix of sawdust and dirt, but after cleaning it, it came out nice! Maybe you will be able to clean it up better (we haven't used any acids!)

The mat looks alright to us, the tin foil underneath has some rips. It could be replaced for a better look. 

The latches are complete and in working order. 

This engine lid will fit at the other type 3 models as well (only the look is a bit different). We've got notchback and squareback specific ones in another ads.

This is a 1963-up hinged squareback engine lid, in used condition. 

It came on completely covered in a mix of sawdust and dirt, but after cleaning it came out nice! The mat looks alright to us, the tin foil unterneath has some rips. It could be replaced for a better look. The latches are complete and in working order. 

It's complete with the strap to keep it open. The little hook is broken and won't work!!

It will fit a type 34 karmann or a notchback/fastback as well (only the look is a bit different). We have notchback and fastback specific ones in another ads!)
